Jake Hannaway earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2008 and his Bachelor of Science in Public Relations from the University of Florida in 2003. Jake was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2009, and has focused his 14 years in practice on Marital and Family Law. He has served as a Guardian ad Litem in Family Law cases and as an Attorney ad Litem in Dependency cases. A native Floridian and longtime resident of Tampa, Jake has practiced extensively in Hillsborough, Pasco, and Pinellas counties, and now represents clients in Manatee, Sarasota, and Charlotte counties. His driving force is representing clients in matters involving hiding assets, underemployment, parental alienation, domestic violence injunctions, and high-conflict cases involving children.
